Hi All!
Well between my last blog update and now, I’m pleased to say my debut EP ‘Love, Life & Lyricality’ is now available to download/stream on iTunes, Deezer, Spotify, Amazon and Google Play! The response and support I’ve received has been incredible, I can’t thank everybody enough who has streamed/downloaded my EP so far and for their positive feedback, I’m very grateful. Last week was a busy one, I was interviewed for the local paper in Colchester, Essex and I’m looking forward to seeing the article this week! I was on Chelmsford Community Radio on the Music Bubble Show with Hip Hop artist Blee, both being interviewed by Amanda Sweeney, which you can listen to here https://m.mixcloud.com/MusicBubble/the-music-bubble-show-with-special-guests-blee-and-helen-connelly-7515/. I am also excited to say plans are under way to record a music video for ‘Brushing Off The Dust’, which is the first song on my EP. I hope to start recording next month, stay tuned for news and developments! If you are in Chelmsford, Essex on 23rd May come down to The Golden Fleece in town centre for a day of live music! I shall be performing with Crazz in the afternoon and will be singing original songs which are both on and not on the EP as well as some cool covers. Another exciting update is I am going to Rotterdam for the New Skool Rules Music conference and festival to hopefully do some serious networking at the end of the month! My friend Leanne Louise will be performing there, which I can’t wait to see. So all in all May is a busy month for me but all exciting and good stuff!
